The Government's 2004 Budget will be delivered on May 27.
Finance Minister Michael Cullen said yesterday that his fifth Budget would feature a "substantial" assistance programme to support low to middle-income families to move into and stay in work.
It would also feature measures to assist the export sector develop new markets and would expand spending in health and education.
