The Broadcasting Standards Authority (BSA) has ordered TVNZ to pay $3000 costs and broadcast a statement on the BSA's decision about Paul Henry's derogatory comments, which he made last year ridiculing the name of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
