Two Katikati brothers allegedly involved in a police chase across Waikato and Bay of Plenty in October are back in custody.
An alleged shoplifting incident proved the undoing of Richard Harris, one of the brothers, who had been on the run since they absconded while on prison leave to attend a funeral on November 17.
His brother Mark was caught at Pongakawa on Saturday and they are both to appear in the Tauranga District Court.
