KEY POINTS:
TV3 weather presenter Toni Marsh's brother has died from head injuries sustained in a fall from an Auckland apartment during an all-night party.
Glenn Marsh died yesterday afternoon following the accident at the Grey Lynn home of property developer David Southcombe and his finacee Aja Rock in August.
TV3 director of news and current affairs, Mark Jennings said the network extended its deepest sympathy to Ms Marsh and her wider family at this difficult time.
Mr Marsh, 37, was reportedly sliding down the roof of the apartment with the intention of landing on the deck, but fell to the pavement below.
He had been with a group of about 20 people who went back to the flat after partying at Ponsonby's Magnum bar.
Auckland City Council is investigating the incident after a receiving a complaint that the apartment's concrete deck had no railings or balustrades.
