Britten bike rescued and restored after Quake

It's been 20 years since the death of the great motorcycle maker John Britten. His first bike, the Cardinal Britten, was recovered from the ruins of central Christchurch after the 2011 earthquake, and has been restored in readiness to be displayed again. John's widow, Kirsteen, came to New Zealand Classic Motorcycles, a glittering new collection in Nelson, to unveil the machine to an invited audience.
