British company searching for skippers

The British-based company Challenge Business is seeking skippers for two high-profile races, the new World Challenge 2002-2003 and the planned 2004 Global Challenge.

They need 20 skippers able to work with sponsors as well as running a racing yacht.

The last British Telecom Challenge attracted 186 applicants, which was whittled down to 12.

Applicants have to complete a rigorous selection process.
