Former rugby league star and television personality Brent Todd has been declared bankrupt. Todd, working as a labourer in Queensland, was this week listed by the Insolvency and Trustee Service in New Zealand as bankrupt.
The 41-year-old was last year named as a joint-offender in the celebrity drug-ring bust for allegedly supplying cocaine and cannabis but has never been charged.
Todd maintained his innocence and police had not considered the charges serious enough to warrant an extradition order.
