Last week TV star Paul Henry announced he was taking a two-month break to spend time with his children - and on Friday night the Breakfast host flew first class to London with Rich List businesswoman Diane Foreman at his side.
Henry and Foreman were spotted at Auckland Airport before their 9pm flight, six days after Henry told one newspaper he was taking a holiday to "spend a bit more time with my children" and to take a break from the gruelling hours of his job.
Henry has split from his wife, Rachael Hopes.
The couple have three teenage daughters.
Foreman is married to businessman Bill Foreman, 81, who made the bulk of his fortune in the 90s from the sale of his packaging company Trigon. Last year's Rich List estimated his fortune as $145 million.
Diane Foreman is a director of more than 30 companies in the family group and is a shareholder in some of them. The Foremans own Emerald Group and have a shareholding in both Ascot Hospital and Mercy Ascot Hospital, own residential and commercial property, are shareholders in executive recruiter Emergent, and food companies such as New Zealand Natural Icecream.
Two years ago Diane Foreman was linked romantically to then-National Party leader Don Brash. News of their alleged affair broke in September, two months before Brash stepped down and then separated from his second wife Je Lan Brash.
At the time, Diane Foreman told the Herald on Sunday that her marriage to Bill Foreman was "rock solid".
Yesterday a housekeeper at her Remuera mansion said Bill Foreman no longer lived at the address.
Diane Foreman bought the double-section property two years ago for $7.5 million and she is registered as the only owner on the Quotable Value site. She and Bill Foreman also own a Mission Bay apartment.
Rumours of links between Henry and Foreman have circulated recently but Henry is coy on the subject. Earlier this year he started driving Foreman's 2004 Aston Martin DB9 sports car, which is still registered in her name, when she upgraded to a new one.
