Hundreds of boy racers in Christchurch are planning another meet tonight.
A mass text has been sent around the three boy racer factions, telling everyone to meet up outside McDonald's on Colombo Street from 8pm.
A source has told Newstalk ZB that the boy racers have picked tonight because they know the police "will not be prepared for carnage" on a weeknight.
Another source, a girl racer, is quite shocked that the trouble has gone this far and is worried for everyone's safety.
