There was standing room only in the High Court at Auckland today to hear a 13-year-old enter a not guilty plea to the murder of a west Auckland dairy owner.
Father of two Arun Kumar was fatally stabbed outside his west Auckland dairy in June.
Today's not guilty plea will be entered alongside an earlier not guilty plea made by a 12-year-old co-accused, who faces a charge of manslaughter.
The pair have name suppression.
As the two boys were led out of the dock, some supporters in the public gallery waved to them, while others made gestures of support with hand signs.
