KEY POINTS:
The police have named two people killed on Waikato roads over the last three days.
The 13-year-old boy who was killed after getting off his school bus and being hit by a truck in Huntly yesterday was Jazz Manaaki Te Kupapa Muru.
Police said the truck was likely to be in his blindspot when the Rakaumangu School student got off the bus.
In a separate accident, Clinton James Marshall, 23, of Thames died after his car collided with a barrier on the Kopu-Hikuai Rd on Saturday.
The family of two people killed early on Sunday morning on State Highway 26 have asked police not to release their names.
