A 14-year-old boy had to be flown by helicopter to hospital today after falling from a ute on a farm on the North Island's remote East Coast.
The Lion Foundation rescue helicopter was called to Te Puia to take the boy to Gisborne Hospital after he fell from the back of the moving ute, sustaining head injuries.
