A teenage boy was airlifted to hospital after his car hit a farm vehicle in Hawke's Bay yesterday.
The teen, whose age was not given, was travelling along a farm track in rural Waimarama when the accident happened.
The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter crew was sent to the scene about 5pm.
St John intensive care paramedics attended to him at the scene, before he was flown to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital with a suspected broken leg.
