The now former bouncer at a Queenstown bar who allegedly leaked footage of England rugby player Mike Tindall with a mystery blonde is expected to reappear in court in Queenstown this morning.
Jonathan Dixon is charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes.
Dixon was remanded on bail when he first appeared two weeks ago.
At his previous appearance Dixon filmed the waiting press contingent on his camera, as well as having a verbal "encounter" with one reporter.
