Afternoon traffic bottlenecks on Auckland's Northern Motorway should ease when the final section of a $9.4 million auxiliary lane between Northcote Rd and Sunnynook opens by the end of the week.
The northbound lane is expected to improve traffic flows past the busy Tristram Rd off-ramp.
