Auckland Mayor Dick Hubbard says the Boobs on Bikes parade is "morally repugnant", even more so because organiser Steve Crow is using it in his bid for the mayoralty.
Hubbard was speaking after Auckland City Council granted a permit for this year's parade of topless models on the backs of motor bikes riding through the central business district.
"I will be moving heaven and Earth to not let this happen next year," said Hubbard who said he would not be attending.
