A grieving mother in Moerewa is waiting for the body of her son to be bought home after he was killed in a brutal assault by a gang of youths in Sydney on Boxing Day.
Jim Tautari, 50, was walking home from a fast food restaurant when the gang, wielding softball bats and golf clubs, attacked him. Mr Tautari's death is said to be racially motivated.
