The body of a missing 83-year-old Roxburgh woman has been recovered from Clutha River.
Police were notified that the woman was missing just after midday and a search began at 12.45pm.
Central Otago Police and SAR personnel located the woman's body in the river this afternoon, police said.
The matter had been referred to the coroner.
