The body of a man found between two buildings in Timaru has been identified as 17-year-old George Jack Hill.
A police spokesperson said police found the body between the buildings on Stafford St about 2.30am today.
Hill was reported missing by his brother in a post on Facebook yesterday, which said he was last seen at the Sail and Anchor Bar and Cafe on Saturday night.
"It's with broken hearts that we share with you that our beautiful Gorgeous-George suffered a fatal accident on Saturday night," his brother, Patrick Hill, posted today.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our original post yesterday, the support has been overwhelming. Forever in our hearts George Jack Hill."
