Body found floating off Auckland beach

A woman's body has been found floating four metres off Kohimarama Beach on the Auckland waterfront.

The body was reported to police shortly before sunrise today and recovered by the police launch Deodar.

Police said a towel and clothing were found nearby. She was dressed in swimming wear, Newstalk ZB reported.
