Six Blenheim liquor outlets have been stung after selling alcohol to underage boys sent in by police.
Last Thursday Blenheim police asked two 16-year-old boys to visit 15 off-licence liquor outlets and six of the stores failed to ask for age or identification, Sergeant Naera Parata said.
Four outlets were caught in an operation 1 1/2 years ago but none of those failed the latest test.
All six outlets which sold alcohol to the boys would be reported to the Liquor Licensing Authority. A hearing would be requested.
