The man at the centre of a blackmail plot is a "sex predator" who was sleeping with up to six women at the same time, his former partner claims.
Kaycee Wall has spoken out as she tries to rebuild her life after her conviction last month for blackmail and criminal damage.
The mother-of-two, from Hamilton, said she had no idea that the man, who has name and occupation suppression, was seeing other women.
She and Lani Aperahama, the other woman in the love triangle who was also convicted of blackmail and was fired from her job as a firefighter, were sentenced to 350 hours' community service.
"He comes across as this really nice guy. He is like a chameleon. He is a f***** sex predator. I don't want him running around town going 'awesome, I got away with it'," Wall said.
She claimed the man was seeing up to four other women at the time as he was dating Wall and Aperahama.
Wall told how she developed a strong bond with Aperahama, who learned of the betrayal after seeing his cellphone records.
"She phoned me up crying, she was really upset. She came back to my house later that night and she cried all night, she cried herself to sleep in my bed."
After learning of the betrayal, the women went to his house. They destroyed property, throwing his stereo in the spa pool and pouring bleach over his suits.
"I saw my casserole sitting in his fridge and we poured it into a $400 pair of adidas trainers that Lani had bought for him. We cooked them in the microwave for 20 minutes."
Wall also revealed she was being pursued by insurance companies for $11,000 for the destroyed property - but says a computer and other items actually belonged to her.
Yesterday the man said: "I am intrigued as to why this story is carrying on. As you know I have got full name suppression and that I was the victim."
Wall said that she was trying to put the ordeal behind her but it was difficult.
Meanwhile, Aperahama is in a relationship with former Kiwi rugby league player Dean Clark, and they have a young daughter together.
