Small desktop rubbish bins may be the answer to a growing waste problem at the University of Auckland.
In a trial to reduce non-recyclable rubbish, some departments there had their traditional rubbish bins taken away.
They have been replaced with small, desktop black cubes, plus a white tray for waste paper.
