Biodiesel test for Christchurch buses

Environment Canterbury is testing the cleaner alternative fuel biodiesel in some Christchurch buses.

The 12-month trial, launched yesterday, will assess how New Zealand-produced biodiesel performs in Canterbury's climate. Auckland has already tested the fuel.
