National Party leader Bill English is currently meeting with a member of the Green Party's post-election negotiating team - but those advocating for a "teal deal" shouldn't get too excited.
Green Party campaign committee member Andrew Campbell was named in the party's negotiating team last week.
His day job is senior media relations advisor for New Zealand Rugby, and it was in that role that Campbell visited Parliament today, accompanying members of the World Cup-winning Black Ferns.
The players posed for photos with English on Parliament's steps, before being taken up to his office on the ninth floor, along with Campbell.
