Four fire engines attended a significant blaze at a car wreckers yard in Castlecliff near Wanganui last night.
Fire Service central communications acting shift manager Craig Dally said the fire, which engulfed several vehicles and a large warehouse, was well established by the time crews arrived at 9.20pm.
The blaze took four hours to control.
