One of the country's biggest online auctions - with $741,000 in new goods from leading retailers, including cars, electronics, furniture and services - builds to a climax this weekend.
Bids on the BidNSave site close at 8pm tomorrow as almost 25,000 unique users, so far, try to secure bargains on anything from mini Harley motorcycles to Fijian cruises, $30,000 in New World vouchers, a Greg Murphy-autographed racing jacket, dog training and a day out in a Lamborghini. All items, except cars, have reserve prices of 50 per cent or lower of retail value.
BidNSave is run in conjunction with The Aucklander, the Herald community news magazine.
