Wairarapa's fourth Menz Shed is up for consideration - in Martinborough.
A public meeting is being held at the Lions Club on Oxford St in Martinborough, opposite the Pukemanu Tavern, at 10.30am on June 13.
A Menz Shed is a not-for-profit organisation designed to promote the well-being of retired and older members of the community, based around tools, craftsmanship and projects.
Henley Men's Shed coordinator John Bush will discuss how Menz Sheds work and how they can be organised. There are three Menz Sheds in Wairarapa: Henley (Masterton), Featherston and Greytown. There are more than 70 in New Zealand.
