"The feature events will take place at midday on Saturday and Sunday and it will be hard and fast to allow the visitors time to take in everything MOTO EXPO has to offer," Bayliss added.
Four of the biggest names in Australian motorcycling are confirmed to spearhead the Baylisstic Scramble alongside Bayliss, confirming their captaincy ahead of today's announcement.
Three-time Speedway World Champion Jason Crump is looking forward to bringing the successful event to Melbourne.
"After the success of the Baylisstic Scramble in Brisbane we are going to give the Victorian fans something to cheer about," Crump said
"It is great to see so many manufacturers and riders supporting these events, it's a great way to showcase the entire industry. I've just picked up my 2015 KTM and look forward to having a blast at Moto Expo Melbourne.
World Supersport Champion and Moto GP racer Chris Vermeulen said he was thrilled to be invited to captain in Melbourne.
"After having so much fun at the scramble in Brisbane when Troy asked me if I would like to be involved again in Melbourne I didn't need to think about it." Vermeulen said.
"For us as riders it is a great event which brings together so many legends and stars of different disciplines of motorcycle sport. For the fans, there are not to many events like this where you can see road racers, motocrossers, speedway and stunt riders up against each other."
Four-time Mr Motocross Stephen Gall will be looking for a better result after a multi-rider crash put him out of contention in Brisbane.
"I really enjoyed the inaugural Baylisstic Scramble in Brisbane." Gall said. "It was extremely exciting with the four man Speedway team format.
"There will be 'no holds barred' in the Melbourne event as the scramble teams will be out to stamp their superiority. Bring it on!"
Nine-time Australian Dirt-Track Champion Paul Caslick captained his team to victory in Brisbane and is expecting some tough competition over the two days of racing.
"The atmosphere at the Brisbane expo was electric," Caslick said. "I had a great team of riders and was lucky enough to take out the final.
"I can't wait to come down to Melbourne with my team, I will be on the new Husqvarna and the Saturday and Sunday events just mean double the fun."
A full list of riders will be announced in coming months but visitors can expect to see some of Australia's most successful motorcycle athletes past and present competing along with entertainment including live streetbike stunts, ATV, side by sides (UTV), mini moto, Freestyle Moto X, Trials and more.
