Eating shellfish from the Great Barrier and Little Barrier Islands has been given the all clear, after a poison scare.
Auckland Regional Public Health Service last month urged people not to collect shellfish after paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) rose above safe levels.
Symptoms of PSP included difficulty swallowing or breathing, dizziness, double vision and paralysis.
