BAR SERVICES MANAGER
TARADALE AND DISTRICT RSA
NAPIER, HAWKES BAY
This is a salaried full time position, mainly Wednesday - Sunday, but actual hours and days have a degree of flexibility.

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager as part of the senior management team, will share the Club's values, will be entrepreneurial, able to drive continuous improvement, have good communications skills, have a strong work ethic, and have a can-do attitude.
The candidate will also demonstrate effective and efficient hospitality management skills, be able to lead and motivate a strong customer focussed ethic among the team of Duty Managers and staff, and be able to efficiently organise appropriate function formats for Club events. It would be advantageous, but not essential, for the candidate to have a current Bar Manager's Certificate and have a sound practical knowledge of liquor licensing and gaming legislation.
