A woman who feared her employer was spying on her and thought colleagues were sending her "fake" customers has failed in a claim that she was constructively dismissed.
Elsa Parohinog told the Employment Relations Authority she had been forced to resign from her job as a banker at ANZ after bullying by colleagues, unreasonable work demands and the bank's refusal to allow her flexible working hours.
The authority ruled Ms Parohinog had not been forced to leave. An investigator found the bank had acted reasonably and fully investigated Ms Parohinog's concerns and offered a working hours compromise.
