The man accused of the murder of Lower Hutt woman Warriena Wright has appeared in court today with a new lawyer.
Gable Tostee, 28, was arrested and charged with murder in August 2014 after Ms Wright, 26, fell 14 floors to her death from his Surfers Paradise apartment.
The pair met through the Tinder dating app just hours earlier while Ms Wright, was in Australia for a wedding.
Tostee appeared in the Southport Magistrates Court this morning where his case was adjourned until March 13, the Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
The paper reported that Tostee, who was wearing a blue shirt and grey pants, appeared "cleanly shaven and visibly nervous".
