Bakshi case 'not reopened'

Acting head of the Immigration Service Stephen Dunstan says that Immigration New Zealand did not reopen its investigation into the case with which National MP Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi was associated. He acknowledged that new information has been passed to Immigration New Zealand and that it had been assessed and passed to the police, as the Herald reported this week.
