The man accused of shooting two police stations has appeared in the Palmerston North District Court.
Faraniko Francis Pei, 30, appeared yesterday afternoon for an electronically monitored bail application but the hearing was adjourned after disputes arose.
Pei is accused of shooting the Highbury community police station and the Palmerston North police station on the evening of August 10.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Pei is due to reappear on Monday for a case review with the date yet to be set for his bail application.
