The Keep New Zealand Beautiful organisation has handed out awards for the top public toilets.
The Wainui toilets, in the Wainui Reserve in Raglan, won the top environmental toilet prize of $1000.
The Hundertwasser toilets in the Northland town of Kawakawa and the Pukuatua St Palace in Rotorua were judged first equal in the beautiful toilet category. They won $500 each.
