Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will visit New Zealand and become the first foreign leader to give a speech in the debating chamber.
Prime Minister John Key said Mr Rudd would visit on June 29.
He will attend bi-lateral talks, work on the single economic market and attend an official luncheon.
Mr Rudd will also give a speech to MPs in the debating chamber.
Mr Key said that signalled the "unique relationship" between Australia and New Zealand.
