This week America's Cup formalities began and the crowds are flooding back to the glitzy Viaduct strip of bars and restaurants. The Covid-hit businesses are desperate for customers, but some are concerned at the area becoming a gangsters' paradise at night, with a sinister underbelly developing after dark.
