The 80s Jacket Club (Mt Albert Grammar) and Geneva (Avondale College) will represent Auckland Central in the annual school rock band contest, Smokefreerockquest.
The 44 regional finalists will be narrowed down to 12 bands for the semifinals in August, with the top six competing at the national final in September.
