Around 100 people have no power this morning after a car hit a power pole in Auckland.
Emergency services were called to Parker St in Oratia at 3.29am this morning, after a car hit a power pole, northern fire communications shift manager Megan Ruru said.
The crash caused the power pole to "snap" on a 45 degree angle, Ms Ruru said.
Three people were treated by ambulance, she said.
Vector spokeswoman Sandy Hodge said because the pole would need to be replaced, 100 customers were still without power this morning.
