Auckland man on child porn charge

A 46-year-old man was today committed for trial for possessing downloaded images of child porn and bestiality.

Bruce James Arnerich, of Devon Road, Bucklands Beach, entered not guilty pleas in Manukau District Court and was remanded for a callover on November 26.

Arnerich was bailed on condition he reside at Bucklands Beach except when he needed to travel within New Zealand for work.

He was also not to have any contact with young people under the age of 16.
