Auckland man critical after apartment fall

A man remains critically ill after falling from an inner-city Auckland building last night.

Ambulance staff were called about 9.50pm after reports that a man had fallen five storeys from the building in Nelson St, suffering severe head injuries.

An Auckland Hospital spokesman said the man remained in a critical condition this afternoon.
