The Auckland District Court has been evacuated after the second bomb threat in seven days.
A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Justice confirmed the bomb scare but was unable to say whether a package had been found.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice said the bomb scare did not disrupt court because the evacuation took place in the lunch hour. He said court resumed at 2.30pm this afternoon.
The senior sergeant present declined to comment to the Herald.
