Three appeals have been lodged against the $90 million upgrade of the Auckland Art Gallery.
Audrey and Chris van Ryn and Hilda Jameson have joined Auckland businesswoman Coralie van Camp in opposing resource consent for a modern addition to the 1887 French-style colonial building.
Auckland City, which owns the gallery, plans to oppose the appeals.
The parties have until February to reach a settlement or go to court.
