Auckland Airport evacuation called off

A partial evacuation of Auckland Airport has been called off, emergency services say .

Firefighters were called to the airport when the alarm went off at about 11:45am.

A Fire Service northern communications spokesman said they found no evidence of a fire and it was thought the alarm had been accidentally tripped by an airport worker.

All staff were now returning to the building, he said.
