An Auckland actor accused of sex offences against four women has vowed to take the case to trial.
The man, in his 40s, appeared in Auckland District Court this morning having previously pleaded not guilty to four counts of indecent assault and two of sexual violation, carrying a potential 20-year jail term.
His lawyer Steven Lack told the court his client was definitely taking matters to trial.
Judge Anne Kiernan continued the defendant's name suppression and a hearing was set down for next week to argue the issue.
Crown prosecutor Kirsten Lummis said she would oppose name suppression.
