Attack at school leaves boy hospitalised

An 11-year-old was taken to Starship Hospital with bruising after being attacked by three boys at Bruce McLaren Intermediate School yesterday.

Henderson Acting Senior Sergeant Ian Byrne said the fight appeared to be over "normal school things" and the three boys were being handled by youth aid.
