KEY POINTS:
The man attacked and killed in Te Puke's main street at 1am on Friday has been named as Dale John Poole, 45, who lived in the Bay of Plenty town.
It is believed that he died just after drawing cash from an ATM. Police later in the day charged three teenagers, aged 16, 18 and 19 with murder after they presented themselves at Te Puke police station.
A 24-year-old woman has been charged with being a party to the murder.
