Athletes warned to approach Easter eggs with caution

They may be small, but High Performance Sport New Zealand are warning athletes to approach Easter eggs with caution.
Athletes nationwide are being encouraged to stick to their nutritional plans over the Easter break and not give into the chocolate temptations.
HPSNZ nutritionist Sara Richardson says the smaller eggs are
the ones to look out for.
She says Caramel, Marshmallow and Creme eggs can be deceiving because although they are smaller they still carry similar amounts of calories.
Richardson says the eggs are fine as treats but shouldn't be substituted for meals.
