KEY POINTS:
Police were called to the property of Asian vigilante group organiser Peter Low last week after he and eight others surrounded a TV One crew filming outside.
Low, who organised last weekend's 15,000 strong anti-violence protest in Auckland, called police soon after confronting reporter Georgina Ball and cameraman Roger Duncan.
Low called the police - but so did Ball and Duncan. Two police cars arrived and officers told Low there was no law preventing the TV crew from filming on public property.
